  • Learn how to use your program logic models to develop more accurate program budgets, which are a major part of your organizational budget.  
  • Learn what the major categories are for a nonprofit budget and what expenses are included in each. 
  • Examine/Review real-life budget samples and learn tips on how to easily create a solid current and projected budget for your organization. 
  • Understand how important your budget is in creating a solid, realistic and 'doable' fundraising plan!

DELIVERY METHOD
Instructor-led Live Webinar that is PowerPoint driven with review of associated handouts. Each Live Webinar session is both informative and interactive with opportunities for participant Q&A, clarification and feedback.

TRAINING HANDOUTS/MATERIALS
Participants receive handouts via email the day of the Webinar (PDF format), including actual samples of the training topic along with worksheets to assist in developing what was learned; post-Webinar.
