- Learn the importance of your organization's vision and mission statements and how they form the foundation for everything about your organization and its current and future success.
- Understand the difference between a vision statement, a mission statement and a purpose statement.
- Learn how to develop (or refine) clear, concise and compelling vision and mission statements that will effectively communicate who you are, what you do and how you do it to both internal and external stakeholders.
DELIVERY METHOD
Instructor-led Live Webinar that is PowerPoint driven with review of associated handouts. Each Live Webinar session is both informative and interactive with opportunities for participant Q&A, clarification and feedback.
TRAINING HANDOUTS/MATERIALS
Participants receive handouts via email the day of the Webinar (PDF format), including actual samples of the training topic along with worksheets to assist in developing what was learned; post-Webinar.
